Ehh...I believe Iowa posted it OC position on some job bank like Indeed. Saw something about it a week or two ago. Probably has to do with some sort of law where "public" jobs must be posted.

Apparently that law doesn’t apply to the ULS what with the Grambling president getting the job.

No, he has two guys on the sideline with him in Munoz and Leger that were OC's in college football and he hasn't let either of them call plays.
