Forget renovation. The level of the floor of the building is the biggest issue. Many a time we left wading thru water in the concourse. Building was built before elevation requirements existed. Yes, it appears to be on a crest, but it’s not. The property drains to the corner, but the building is in the path.

Correct, only thing that can be done would be demo and rebuild but that won't happen with the Cajundome just up the road.

Atmosphere got clipped game one v Georgia. Had two pecan patrol officers stationed with the students behind the bench.

Us older fans experienced the on the floor seating of Blackham, something killed architecturally then. That same seating is back in the dome remodel, but now is a high dollar donor area.

Watch the Cajuns next 2 road games in Ruston and LC. Students will be right up on the Cajuns. Georgia State had that…until they moved.
