    We just lost a conference game on the road where the entire defensive coaching staff looked inept...tell me what you saw that gives you faith that we can adjust? the personnel just isnt there

    . . . it’s not my job to see what is not there . . . I do have confidence that what we saw this weekend is not the best we have . . . it’s up to the coaching staff and roster to adjust and make it the best we have . . . with hope both were somewhat deficient from what they can actually do . . . I believe that is how that works . . .

    Has there not been a big enough sample size showing that they've struggled to make adjustments in the past?

    Wow, I wasn't aware that Desormeaux's coaching staff has played/lost a grand total of 1 game over the course of 2 years.
