A massive waste of time and may end up causing issues. If we can’t get instate people to call us UL, etc, their local state reps will surely fight, or will be lead by the flagship to do so.

We have made much more progress by facilitating the organic growth of Louisiana than any progress which has ever been made through formal processes.

If we continue to push the envelope in a calm but consistent pattern , it will continue to grow organically and will stick more and more as we go. Because of the success in the past 10 years or so, success in the future should increase by a multiplier effect.
