In Shreveport... yes they do. No matter what else surfaces... it was a group crime. It doesn't matter whose holding the gun in an armed robbery... everyone involved... even the guy driving the car... is busted for armed robbery... if caught.

Wright Waters, the SBC, and our administration... once again... brought a knife to a gun fight. We've prowdly sharpened knives all our days, while others stockpile football bowl weapons of mass destruction.

Good ole Louisiana politics at its best. You know, North Louisiana deserves this match-up. If the Indy Bowl picked NIU because of old relationships then the Indy Bowl deserves to die. I stiil want to know if the State provides any subsidy to the Indy Bowl.

I remember that last year 8 wins got Troy bumpkis. So, again, it could be worse.

We need to remember exactly how this feels and do everything we can to make sure this never, ever, happens again.

This is what bothers me the most...why were our players told we were in the Texas Bowl? Something had to have happened! I am not a fan of our coaching staff but I doubt they would lie to our players and tell them we are in when at the time we weren't. So what happened?

Yup, going to get my refund and book rooms in New Orleans for the Hornets game Dec 26th.

Assumptions and rumors were started rather than waiting for the announcements. Of course our coaches wouldn't tell the players false statements before they found out for sure.

I find it hard to believe they would state rumors as facts. I am not blaming the coaches or saying they lied because i think they have more integrity than that, I think we had the bowl but then something happened that changed it. What that something was i don't know or maybe I am just reading to much into it.
