Fields was rusty and rattled early but did better late with quick reads. Was tough to watch at times but you don’t pull him because he needs reps going into next week against Texas State. This team still has a bowl opportunity. No matter how many fans say it doesn’t matter, those extra practices will help going into next season.

Given our problems pass blocking, it seems to me we needed to play a QB that is a threat to run and move the chains. CF ain't dat. We have 3 sitting the bench.
