I say we just tear down upper deck and let that be the new capacity. Rebuild a new press box and leave room to add suites later if needed.
Then, apply for membership to go back to SLC. Most games within 2 hour drive, so that should help with attendance. Money saved and problem solved, heck we do things cheap around here anyway!!

Obviously I'm joking about the SLC thing, but sadly if it were to happen, would anybody notice? Do you think the local media would even have a story about it? This is sad!

I don't have the answers. Atleast I understood the poor attendance during the Baldwin years, but this just baffles me!!

I actually think we are closer to SLC than we think given our athletic fundraising structure, football attendance, and overall athletic budget compared to G5 programs.

Make a very public push on stadium renovation plan, timeline, money needed and amount of money in hand at the moment. Periodically thru game post a number to text to donate towards campaign, put up signs thru stadium with same and put it on schedules that are passed out around town. Also allow people to roundup at concessions to donate towards stadium renovations. People that continually see progress are more apt to give small amounts more periodically than if they have no idea what's going on. Heck, do a big push with businesses towards end of year when companies may be looking for donations to offset tax liabilities.

Ditto the bar area, tv's with games on in concourse, etc.....

I think you’re giving the administration too much credit when it comes to transparency

I've heard the CF project is contracted to a GC, so it's going to happen. I'm just surprised by the total lack of communication to the public on it.
