I don’t know if you’d be throwing out the entire coaching staff. That assumes everyone agrees.

Also, it’s more than just one tweet. It’s football. Playing with one QB allows for more consistency. I don’t think it’s that difficult. I think most football players would agree. It would be one thing if the two had completely different skill sets (Taysom and Brees/Winston/etc).

Look at the post to which I responded. It was unequivocal and so deserved my response.

This response is not aimed at you but is intended to be general in nature.

I don't believe anyone is arguing that 1QB is better than 2QB. People who are ringing the bell and demanding there way fail to recognize the process. While anyone is free to disagree with the process, the buck stops with the HFC and the decision on how the process results in 1QB also lies with the HFC. So, _____, moan, scream, yell, get on message boards, call to call in shows all you want, it will still be the HFC that will decide the process and we owe it to him to support that process.

I just want to make everyone understand, the comment by MJ3 was not a slight on Chandler but instead a comment about the difficulties of catching passes from 2 different and distinct QB's. I think he would have said the same thing had Chandler been in for the entire game. The ball comes out of the hands of QB's with different spin rates and for WR's, TE's and RB's that can be difficult to get a read on when seeing the ball coming in with different spin rates and different velocity and different angles. I think people are reading into his comments that he prefers BW over CF, I don't take it that way at all, I think instead what he is saying is that many of the drops early in the season were due to seeing the ball come to the receivers from 2 different QB's. I could be wrong, I have not personally spoken to MJ3, but that is my take on it.

If you look at the MJs tweet and consider all the unexplainable drops that group had this year. Then consider we didn’t have those drops against Marshall. He is obviously on to something and making a great point. Hopefully the coaches will see that as well.

If CMD goes back to it, I will lose A LOT of faith in him.
First, I don't think there was ever a two QB system in place so there never should have been any discussions about one.

Second . . . Sorry, but that right there does not end ALL discussions from continuing a system which was in fact never in place.

I definetly take it the same way. It makes total sense also.

There are many variables which should go into a HC's decision as to who takes snaps at QB during any given game and how many different QB's do so, this is just one of them . . .

Call it what you want. No matter what you call it the WRs still had to adjust to catching balls from 2 QBs who have different arm strengths, different release angles at 5’10 and 6’3” and different spin ratio. It is a lot different than constantly catching the same ball. Don’t believe me just Jefferson, Stephens, LeBlanc, Bernard, Rogers, Fleming, and the TE group I guarantee they will all agree.

We as a fan base could go on and on about the process which out HC used and is using in determining who will go under center in any given game. That process is for the HC and his staff to develop. No matter the process, there will always be room for criticism, because that is what some fans do, no matter what.

CMD could have done what he has done, he could have decided earlier in the process, he could have started one and played him the whole game and then the next game started the other and played him the whole game. Let's face it, as long as there were going to be 2 QB's taking snaps this season, this board would have been blown up by a less than representative faction of the fan base.

CMD and the coaching staff should go about their process and not worry one bit about what the armchair coaches appearing here have to say.
