Understood. The issue is why not let them sit on the rail? Fill up the first 20 rows and have them sit lower rather than having two full sections with the rest completely empty.

Being at a college football game and hearing the PA announcer say things like, "It's a three and out brought to you by Lafayette Roofing" and "It's a first down brought to you by J & J Exterminating" is not only high school-ish, it's sickening. Does the university really need the money that bad?

Yep red zone was move to allow "season ticket holders" to sit in the prime locations. You see how that is going.
