Now, this is from 2020 but I doubt much has changed since then as far as the “pecking order” of budgeting unless we dropped significantly, but it shows us 2nd in the SBC only trailing Georgia State.

Another tired excuse. This university has a problem. We don’t have Cajun fans. We have basketball, baseball or softball fans. So scared that another program will out perform the other. When that happens, they complain about not having money.

We can’t do it because Maggard takes our “basketball” money and gives it to football. It’s a weak excuse for a sorry coach.
