These 6-3 and 5-3 teams in there just make no sense. Miss State has some ranked wins but lost to 4-4 Memphis and LSUAM. You’re just rewarding a mediocre team for having multiple shots at beating ranked teams that may not be that great and not penalizing them for loses to mediocre teams. That’s the crap that will keep G5 teams out. The same respect is not given. They have to be perfect AND get good teams to play them OOC AND hope their conference mates that they can’t help play against help them out.

Utsa deserves to be in at least at 24-25.

Cajuns still have a couple weeks to go. They need some good performances as they’ve have only beaten 1 good team so far and lost to what’s a blah Texas team.

How is Oregon so high? I get they beat #3 Ohio State and an unranked at the time Fresno State team, but that’s it. An okay ucla team, Stoney brook then the dregs of the PAC12. Losing to one.

Then they’ve got teams that are 4-4, 5-4, 5-3 and 5-3. Not exactly and elite conference schedule, but they can’t help that right?

Maybe that’s a kicker to why Fresno is in. The committee has to justify Oregon.

SMU lost to Houston so that was that. They still have a couple of weeks and if they win their next 2 they should go up against Cincy ranked again.

Then Cincy needs a good matchup in the championship. Maybe against Houston.

The committee not giving cincy credit for their last 2 games vs. Navy and the Greenies. Okay, it needs to work both ways. Take all the Vanderbilt wins away from the SEC. You okay your conference schedule and nothing can be done about that.
