Fine. That's been said over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
How about we won 45-0 on a beautiful day for football? We got nearly 30k at Cajun Field after many (myself included) thought we'd be in the low 20s due to the kickoff time, and we're now 7-1. Just enjoy this for what it is.
#1 has gotten a raw deal. The winningest and statistically the best in terms of TD passes will only be judged by his mistakes by many fans. He’s far from perfect, but what the hell else do you want out of the guy? He wins. Period.
Exactly. We all know his short comings, and yes, it can be very frustrating to watch.
Coach Napier is not making a change at starting QB after eight games with a 7-1 record, and rightfully so. Levi doesn't deserve to be replaced, and the locker room would most likely implode if he was.
If you go watch Billy’s post game presser along with big sauce and the homecoming king you will understand why Levi is the starter. It’s about more than just being a QB. We expect the kid to be perfect and that’s just unfair. The defense misses tackles, the kicker misses kicks, the receivers drop passes, the running backs miss holes. It’s part of the game. Are there better QB’s out there? Sure. Are there better leaders? Probably not. Levi is our guy. Let’s run the table.
