Five or more years ago I did an analysis of final football rankings using Massey and football budget. I took the ratio between the two to show how much a school spent to get their final rank.

Texas was the worst, spending the most and not getting a good result.

I still think that while Smith is going to get most of the press in the running game right now, that one of our other guys will step up to have a big game. No idea of whom that might be but we have a lot of talented youth in that position.

I agree with Zephyr, I think (as a change of pace) one of the two freshman backs come off the bench to light Texas up. EMitchell 2.0 style.

Levi Lewis breaks David Klinger's record for most TD passes in a game, as he throws 12. We miss an extra point in the third quarter, after Levi's 9th TD toss, but then immediately convert on a two point conversion the next possession after his 10th.

Texas's RB scores on the first play of the game with a 98 yard TD run after a clipping penalty on the opening kickoff. They immediately go for two but the QB ala Mark Sanchez butt fumbles, causing the conversion to fail.

MATT is wasted on Truly's by the time Levi's opening quarter of 4 TDs passes comes to a close.

In looking at their forum you actually gained a couple of fans. One guy even laughed and said he'd like to have a beer with you...LOL. The funny part is only a couple of guys got that it was completely sarcastic humor.....lol
