That's another good game. I might have to make the drive for that one. Houston might even return the trip. I think its been 4 or 5 years since the Cougars played in Lafayette

Indiana game is part of an MTE. Should be another road game and a home game as part of MTE announced soon. Game at Houston is a straight pAyday game with no return visit planned. Houston has done so well in recent years they can now afford to buy home games.

I too would support a 2 for 1 vs Indiana. However our AD does not support these. Reason is you play 2 road games and get paid zero for the visits. As far as date of game against Indiana, indications are it will occur sometime in November.

After the results from negotiations we have seen this week from our administration, I believe they got that. Why do each of these scenarios need to be all or none. If we went once, we get paid say $100,000. If we went twice we get $$200,000. If we go twice and they come once, maybe we get $40,000 a game.

I can’t answer Vic’s question of why there cannot be flexibility in 2 for 1 deals. I just know Dr. Maggard is not in favor of them at this time.
