Too much scrimmage, not enough fundamentals...they need a dose of #the culture, bring in Billy for a talk...

We competed but hopefully this weekend will wake us up.

Not the weekend we wanted. A ton of missed chances that may loom large come selection time. Learn from it and move on, I guess.

2 games against Baylor, Texas and Alabama will help with rpi especially if we can win 3 of those.

Agree. Lack of timely hits like last pm with bases loaded. Had to get a hit then. Likely win game. Defense has been shaky at a couple of spots. Hope springs eternal.

Season is still early, but there are quite a few issues that need improvement for sure. My biggest disappointment so far has been the defense.

Gortarez and Dalton haven't jelled yet, which is the biggest surprise. I believe the hitting will come around, but defensive confidence is another issue altogether.

Dalton has been great, Jade has struggled.

I’m aware we have 3 starters out and they can all hit HRs, but so far the biggest disappointment is the lack of HRs hit as a team.

I have to disagree Dalton has also struggled with mobility she is not as mobile as last year. JMO

Actually 4 starters out. The lack of any kind of clutch hits has been disappointing.
