The vast majority of the players that have been recruited under Coach Napier were 3* recruits. Outside of QB, all other positions have seen major contributions from his recruits. Levi's success has a major impact on that, obviously, but it doesn't appear that any QB recruit brought in has really pushed for the starting position/playing time.
You can only judge if they recruited well, if the results are shown on the field. So far, no results on the field from that position.
After leading Many High School to the 2A state championship a few weeks ago, Terrence Williams committed to UL on Saturday with the intent to win more championships with the Ragin' Cajuns.
A three-year starter at running back for Many, Williams rushed for 3,500 yards the past two seasons. The 6-foot-1, 225-pounder also spent considerable time at linebacker during his senior season.
That size / speed combo is impressive. 220 lbs as an incoming freshman, wow.
----So if you followed the Cajuns through the years you would know that the final landing place is not over until eligibility is up----brought up the subject wondering if some might know the reasons for their choosing another school and not burning bridges for possible transfers down the line (very evident in the portals)----also don't forget the last minute changes for the HS kids based on many factors----I sure would be selling the 2 Williams kids' size on the Ragas/Mitchell dual NFL factors!!!! And don't forget it is a VERY interesting topic of discussion which you can skip!!!
