Also the USTA (United States Tennis Association) has closed all leagues nation wide for the forseeable future.

All the places you listed are pay to play. In case any were wondering, it appears Lafayette Parks & Rec closed down all the free courts as well on 3/17. Places such as Girard, Mouton, Judice, Heymann, Picard, Chargois, and Acadiana park. Sucks.

Red's reopened the outdoor tennis courts starting today. But with limited hours and you have to have a reservation.
