UL Football Health of the Team

By the time the bowl begins, Louisiana and Miami should have the healthiest teams in the country.

I would be shocked if some players why might have been diagnosed with a season ending injury, could be healthy enough to play by the end of the first week in January.

Any updates on player health would be appreciated.

Some with true NFL chances may sit out and our punter might head back to Australia.

I don't see anyone quitting school.

While I could see a NFL lock sitting out, I can't see a bubble player passing up the chance to perform on an isolated stage.

This bowl is better than a combine, and might get some invited to one.

I would be surprised if any of that happened, although not shocked. What about Rhys Byrns? Is there anything he or anyone else has said to suspect that he'd head home instead of play in the bowl game?

No one on this team is a locked-in draft pick they need all the exposure they can get.

Robert Hunt doesn’t need to play and I’d be surprised if he does.

He is projected in the 6th round right now ... why would he skip this game and have scouts questioning injury concerns at the senior bowl
