I would say he played well. Not great. He played within himself, didn’t make obvious mistakes, but missed on some passing opportunities.

As someone who has been critical of Levi he played a very good first half I love the way he is making good decisions on when to run I'm impressed today.

Catching the ball is a pretty big part of a fair catch. What I’m saying is give up on the yardage from returns and put someone back there who can catch the damn ball. Or let it roll. Either way I don’t care but after stops on 3rd down can’t put defense back on the field!

Well, you said you'd take a fair catch. He signaled fair catch on both. He wasn't trying to field the punt to run it back. Unfortunately, he muffed both. What you're saying then is you'd rather him just get the hell away then. Like Jay said, they are coached to not let the ball hit the ground to let the other team down it and pin us really deep. He's just not catching it. They may need to rethink that strategy for the rest of this game.

Actually, we had 2 timeouts at that time. I just would have liked to see the playaction and try for the endzone since I think it would have been there.
