He didn't say it did, he said he would enjoy a 1 point win..since we have only had 8 happy trips home in 31 years and I agree with him. Saying you will be pzd if we don't go on the road and beat a well coached team with a good QB by 2 TD's is ridiculous. Go win anyway you have to. This team hasn't had a losing season since 2008, they know how to win. They just lost 2 road games to Pitt by 10 and marshal by 2 in OT. Not sure why anyone would EXPECT us to be them by more than those 2 schools at their house. That's nonsense, can we? Sure..expect it? Come on

It’s 2 different conversations, being able to win on the road OOC which history has no relevance to this current team. Then being pz’d off of we don’t win by more than 2 td’s..they loss by less on the road to 2 programs, Pitt is better than us and Marshall is arguably better than us but I’d be willing to consider the conversation of being level. I don’t see how anyone could be pzd off with us coming home from on the road with a W regardless of the point differential. That’s looking at these 2 current teams that are about to play.

I don't care the score, as long as we win. To go on the road and beat a very good G5 team will be fantastic. Would I like to win by 2-3 TD's, yes. Do I expect to, no. Just get the win and get out of Athens, OH.

We have bigger fish to fry after Ohio, but we need to get out with a win, that is the bottom line. I hope we win by 20, but I expect it will be a battle either way. We have to find a way to slow down Mr. Nathan "Fantasy Island" Rourke. If we can do that I think we win the game. We will not stop him, but we can slow him down.

Both teams have to look at this as a good measuring stick of where they are.

I don't think they can stop us and I don't know how much we can stop them, so I think it comes down to who makes the bigger stops at the big times. The advantage they have over us, is if they keep us out of the endzone, they could end up winning the game because our kicking game is such a ?.

The other thing is our LB's have to be able to spy and stop him on his long runs. He has an 80 and a 70 yard TD run this season vs Pitt and Marshall.

I actually think winning big is possible with this staff. Winning 60 percent is not enough in this market. Reason I say that is because they are putting a process in place that will stand the test of time. The staff reminds me of people applying successful education processes to athletics. Now it may be Year 3 or 4 before enough pieces of the process are in place for us to see the big jump in results. As far as this week goes, I will not make an actual prediction. I will say if we play to our potential in all 3 phases, Jay will get that nice plane ride home.

I think most people realize this game will come down to Mr. Levi Lewis. This could be a launching pad for his young legacy. If we get good QB play, IMO, the way that this team is built, we can beat most anyone outside of the top 40 teams in America.

QB position plays well, Cajuns win. QB position struggles, Cajuns lose.
