MAT, it's the coaching staff that puts the team together and this is a trend that crosses multiple years. This team needs to decide whether they want to compete, but the root problem lies in the coaches' offices.

There are plenty of things to blame, but my personal opinion is the type of personalities we are recruiting rather than the type of players we’re recruiting.

Call it generational, call it JT’s guys, call it comfortable from winning... IDK. But we haven’t had a cut throat personality on this team since 2015.
