But, something to watch: our team speed on defense vs their team speed on offense. This isn’t a walk over game. And I hope our players understand that.

Both defenses are horrendous.. Ours is slightly less so. Both offenses are pretty good. Ours is more balanced. We win, we cover, take the over.

I stand corrected, I thought I’d heard we were to underdogs. I still feel good about this team and how they are coached. I think this team is going to surprise a lot of fans by the end of the year.

You are more knowledgeable than I, but while I know we missed some plays last week, and did not have the speed as MSt, I saw a lot of promise in the Cajuns. They’re more fit, quicker, and against a few guys that will be playing on Sunday next year, at times they held their own. The biggest problem is still the outside run, DBs, and lack of tackling skills. However against sunbelt teams I think we’ll do better than expected and get better as the season progresses.

Offensive staff schemed the F out of Miss St. we just didn’t make plays when the opportunity was there. I said before, 1st and 2nd down, on both sides of the ball, we competed. When it counted, we didn’t. That’s not on the coaching staff, IMO.
