Just an observation, but saw many, many posts last game about leaving runners on base and especially leaving them stranded at third base.

Maybe this game the strategy is to try to play more aggressively to get runners in scoring positions and getting runs stats instead of LOB ones. Again, just a thought.

Amen . I hate it. Swing the bat. Statistics show that scoring a runner from 1st with no outs is easier than 2nd with 1 out. We can't afford to give the other team free outs.

For all of you posters on here who want instant gratification, just sit back and relax. Glasco may have the best recruiting classes coming in in the entire nation. In addition to the 13 8th graders or freshman in high school that have committed, there are more coming in next year. I met two of them yesterday at the game. The first one is Tiana Patrick from Santa Ana Community College in California she is a shortstop and catcher. And is a freshman. Not committed, but the other schools offering are on the east coast. I also meant a pitcher from Amite who is a sophomore. She's about 6 ft tall. Has committed. Her teammate, who is a senior, not sure of her name, is a big girl who is a power hitter. She has committed So stay tuned. It's only going to get better.
