One thing Marlin teams don't do is play great defense. Last night 17 first half points is insane, but in the second half 28 points is crazy good too.

Very good win! Fish will need to at least win one post season game. Running through weak sunbelt wont cut it.

Have fun with his name and I'll have fun with yours Timmy _____ ____. We could go undefeated, make the sweet 16 and you would say "well the sbc is weak and this is the worst NCAA tournament in history". You will find another reason to hate him.

At this point OOC is over, and we are in the SunBelt. Personally I'm enjoying watching us hammer teams, play completely unselfish (almost to a fault) offense, and I REALLY enjoyed that suffocating defense. I love when teams make every trip down the court difficult. If I coached I'd be Nolan Richardson 2, at least defensively, so last night was like watching my perfect basketball game.

Can't do anything about the conference right this minute, so I'm just enjoying having a very good team. With Maggard at the helm, the coaching issues will be handled correctly at the right time, I trust.

wouldn't it be opposite? Being that they are used of breathing at high altitude, our low altitude would make it easier for them to breathe?

Back on track.... Gant out for (hopefully) just 3 weeks... would include Coastal Saturday, ULM single home game next week, then Texas road trip... Next would be Alabama schools at home then another single game week @ ULM.... Get through those games with just one loss (@UTA seems to be toughest), and Cajuns will be fine... Should win home games and @Texas State and @ULM.

Georgia trip is a good 5 weeks away... so hopefully back by then.
