Have y'all talked about Coach Napier following DeVon Lockett? Currently the DB coach at NW State

Would prefer to give scott DB's and hire a top LB coach however in Napier we trust

Everyone can have their own opinion on this and I get that. I love the passion of our fans. It's all a roll of the dice guys from hiring Napier who by the way has no head coaching experience to every coach....it's up to the AD to choose a Head Coach that will be highly successful down to that HC putting together a staff that will lead us to success....

Thank you. I hate to say that I'm still a tad skeptical of the hire only because he has no HC experience. There are lots of reasons to be excited but I think the jury will be out on him for a while.

As an AD you do due diligence, conduct your interviews and hire the best Candidate.....Dr. Maggard had a heck of a list of folks very interested in this job....I'm excited about our new HC and the highly qualified staff that he is putting together.

I’m thinking so as well. He looks to be around my age, so I don’t know if being younger or older will be better for that position
