I watch a lot of college football. Not many schools develop talent better than App State. Do we want to recruit talent that is above sunbelt level of course but that doesn't change the fact that you want to develop better than anyone else.

No doubt. We need the stars like Eli but we need to be able to develop the Ladarius Greens of the world to really take that next step.

I was thinking logically that would be the best scenario after sleeping on it . Today the bcs rankings and bowl game schedule comes out . Hard to make a splash announcement with all the other stuff being talked about.

I think that "the talk" will occur today and the official release/press conference will occur tomorrow....JMO

App State isn't bad. Though, I don't see anything special about them, and they are not the standard I want us to strive for. They are decent and can beat a bunch of SB teams. I looked for the past 3 to 4 years and they haven't beaten anyone of significance. They did lose to some other low FBS teams along the way though. Sure we need to develop talent, but it's been so poorly done at UL for the past 6 years, we will accept App State level, and I want us to reach higher.
