Here's the deal, what does it mean when you guys say "he won't be here"?
Where's he going? The NFL? Quitting?
Had he RS, he would be here. I don't understand that argument at all.
If he graduates early, you redshirted him to give him an extra year that he won't have here.

I think he will make the team better, but I disagree with the timing. I don't think anything of note can be accomplished this season after the way it started. JMO.
If we win today and win our 2 home games we're going bowling. I would say that would qualify as an accomplishment of note. Not to mention give the kid some experience going into next year. I don't have a problem with playing him considering what we're currently getting from the position.

If he graduates early, and we would have redshirted him, couldn't he play the fifth year while attending grad school?

Why wouldn't he have it here?
You can be done with school and still play. Right?

Whatever it takes to win, I guess. Losing isn't fun.

I don't consider going to the RoastBeef.com bowl "noteworthy". Going 6-6 is stagnation, not progress. We should be further a long in by now.

I feel like we've had this same mentality for 3 or 4 years now. We deserve better

The possibility that he won't be here after he graduates is high. Jobs, opportunities to transfer at a better program are a couple come to mind.
