No, they will not be on our conference schedule this season so we scheduled them for OOC series.

I like it. And as I understand this won't be a conference game (not count in our conference record)... but is there a difference in the RPI for an OOC game as opposed to a conference opponent? If so, are they an OOC opponent in the RPI calc?

Not in the RPI but the reports do list a non-conf SOS and RPI, etc. I'm not sure how they will factor these in but I'm guessing it will be as non-conference
