I didn't say DJ quit. On that particular play earlier, she looked lackadaisical and they scored a run on the play because of it. We have looked slow on defense for most of the game, and have looked defeated since Hoover came on to pitch.

Look at the body language of almost everyone on the Cajuns team, then look at the body language for LSU, and tell me if our girls look like they believed they could win today. I didn't say they weren't trying. I still say they had almost no confidence that they were going to win this game.

Well, we lost fair and square.. Thats all I wanted and for the game not to be decided by weather. Its tough but onward to baseball tourney

Even though the game didn't go our way, I'm glad they got it in. Was not meant to be. We will be back next year.

Oh well. LSU deserves it after coming back out of loser's bracket. Glad they were able to settle it on the field and the 2 run HR foul didn't decide it. Congrats to LSU for finally getting over the UL bump as they say.

There is one frame where the ball is behind the foul pole screen. Given the angle of the camera the only way that happens is that the ball was inside the foul line.

Okay, after looking at it frame by frame, I think you are correct. I may need glasses!!

LSU earned the regional. I don't like watching Hoover pitch or watching her face or body language... but she is a beast of a pitcher. And LSU has a solid offense and defense. I know we are talented to a player... but the Cajuns don't look like they know how to handle adversity well. They looked deflated both last night and today.
