    Default SBC Dissed by ESPN

As I noted previously, the SBC has done very well against other mid-majors.

Apparently, ESPN is unimpressed. Their calculations for chances of winning show that they think the 'Belt will only win 3 of our 12 bowls.

    The Wins:

Cure: Appalachian State vs. Miami (Ohio)
    Saturday, Dec. 16, 2:30 p.m., ABC
    W: 52%

Armed Forces: JMU vs. Air Force
    Saturday, Dec. 23, 2:30 p.m., ABC
    W: 64%

68 Ventures: South Alabama vs. Eastern Michigan
    Saturday, Dec. 23, 6 p.m., ESPN
    W: 83%

    The Losses:

Myrtle Beach: Ohio vs. Georgia Southern
    Saturday, Dec. 16, 10 a.m., ESPN
    W: 45%

New Orleans: Louisiana vs Jacksonville State
    Saturday, Dec. 16, 1:15 p.m., ESPN
    W: 47%

    Famous Toastery: WKU vs. ODU
    Monday, Dec. 18, 2:30 p.m., ESPN
    W: 39%

    Frisco: Marshall vs. UTSA
    Tuesday, Dec. 19, 8 p.m., ESPN
    W: 32%

Famous Idaho Potato: Georgia State vs. Utah State
    Saturday, Dec. 23, 3:30 p.m., ESPN
    W: 42%

Camellia: Arkansas State vs. Northern Illinois
    Saturday, Dec. 23, 11 a.m., ESPN
    W: 47%

    Birmingham: Duke vs. Troy
    Saturday, Dec. 23, 11 a.m., ABC
    W: 42%

Hawai'i: Coastal Carolina vs. San Jose State
    Saturday, Dec. 23, 9:30 p.m., ESPN
    W: 42%

First Responder: Rice vs. Texas State
    Tuesday, Dec. 26, 4:30 p.m., ESPN
    W: 39%

Something to watch as we watch the bowls.

All of these uses analytics developed by ESPN and their sources. The best preview is the opening spread by Vegas.

For instance Troy may be losing their coach any moment. JMU has already, and the idiot at MU seems to be committing coach suicide.

I’m guessing Huff wants out but with a golden parachute. He’ll probably get it.

ESPN doesn't want us to have ammunition to re negotiate our TV Contract when the window opens up. ESPN is basically stealing from the SBC. They are getting quality great football on their networks for chump change.
