Some Staff turnover was needed. We were pretty good on 1st/2nd down on pass defense. I'll keep it PG.... Our 3rd/4th down pass defense has "tremendous upside potential" I see this as a huge positive.
I also agree....looks like this move was pre-emptive. Which is fine.
Maybe so. I know playing don’t always translate to coaching but he was probably the coach on the staff with the most exposure to the game. First round draft choice out of Norte Dame spent 10 years in the league. Probably studied more film over his career than any other coach on the staff.Quote:
