There will be an air gap between the cinder blocks and the DensGlass. Brick/Stucco will be applied off the DensGlass.
This section here. May be an optical illusion. Maybe they still need to install the studs outside.

Rode by at lunch the precast decks for the grandstand area are on site in the parking lot. I didn't see them last week.

Difficult to say from this angle but I'm guessing it has remained open at this stage for additional work such as plumbing or electrical.

Working this evening on the roof.
Re: Construction Cam is Up!!!!!!!!
It looks like they are putting on roof panels. They may be doing this at night because there is not enough room for all the trades to work at the same time.

Think you are right. They are still working early this a.m. and it appears there are indeed roof panels in place. Another week and they could be out of the weather for the most part.

Might take longer than a week. We should be able to tell for sure today if roof panels are on. We won't be able to see sunlight in the fourth level.

Now they're putting the weather sealant directly on the cement blocks in that area. Was just wondering what that area is going to be and why it's different than the rest of the structure. Is the elevator going to be near there? I know they were putting one elevator and leaving an area for a 2nd in the future as well.
