Why can other businesses continue auto renewing without asking each time if they cant?

Whatever happened with students being counted as rcaf members either automatically or for a discounted rate, and a new grad rate, or was that just alumni assoc?

Update: still no call back or email response. Even called this AM and left another voice mail.
My buddy is luckily patient, but come on lol. If you're off, set up an out of office reply or send some kind of signal that says "I hear ya, I'll take care of you when I get back in the office."
I've never heard of a salesman that didn't respond to calls/emails.

My company required us to make call backs before our day was done. Even if all I could tell them is when their concerns would be addressed. My call back message had to include when they could expect me to respond to their call. But I was employed by a company that excepted 99.9% satisfacton on the process. Government employees don’t have anything like that.

I appreciate it. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but a whole week without a call or email response is pretty bad...

It's the little things that matter when you are building an organization. While money is tight and a smaller staff is in place, returning a phone call or email takes just a few minutes to do at the end of the day.
