That is correct.... He is doing very well. They JUST moved him up to 2nd in the batting order last night and he went 3/5... with a run and an RBI...

He is rock solid behind the plate. Got bumped up to 2nd this weekend and is batting .340. Buddy took this Saturday in MIL.

Make sure to vote for him 20 times. Would be awesome to have a Cajun in the all star game!
So the Brewers will be in Houston for a couple days this week and I convinced the family to make the trip to watch Lucroy play on Wednesday. I know a few of you have done the same over the past few years. I was wondering if any of you were able to actually meet him. And if you did manage to meet him how did you go about doing it? I know meeting him is probably a long shot but any advice would be appreciated.
Also if any other UL fans plan on making the trip let me know where you'll be sitting.
I traveled to Houston back in September when I still worked for the newspaper and interviewed Jonathan before the first game of the series against the Astros on a Friday night for a big weekend story package that ran soon after. There were a number of Ragin' Cajun-clad fans down near the dugouts during batting practice. Jonathan knew several of them already, so I'd suggest looking out for a similar situation this week. Also check with Buddy to see if he's going to be there, and he may be willing to help out (I'd expect him to respond at some point on this thread).
A group of us UL fans stayed after a game and he came and took pictures and talked to everyone. It wad great because at the time, Luc was a little known player but everyone who stayed after the game, stayed to see him. He had the biggest fan club there and seemed to genuinely appreciate the support.
I'd find Buddy at the game. Players at all levels appreciate support from friends and family, especially Jon.
A friend sent this to me this morning. The guy continues to show the class he's always shown, and is a great representation of what's best in UL baseball.

If you guys want to see Lucroy I'd go this year but after this year it may be hard to see him. I believe the Astros are moving to the AL after this year (if I remember correctly) so they wont be playing the Brewers as much.
