Not sure kind of impact the director of player engagement has, but my first question is “Is the an entry level job?”. As soon as I see High School on the resume, I’m worried. Maybe that local High School connection is a good thing, I don’t know.

The role is to keep players on course academic wise. You don't need collegiate experience for that.

Appears she is known by some of the players and she is well liked.

If they are already on campus then why do you have to recruit? I dunno. I am getting disgusted by this whole NIL situation.

They handle all recruiting visits and logistics for those visits. I believe they are also over the logistics of players coming in for camps.
