You mean a guy that attended the coaches convention every year while coaching in college, or the guy the had college coaches on his campus as a high school coach? How could this guy possibly have connections?

Not sure kind of impact the director of player engagement has, but my first question is “Is the an entry level job?”. As soon as I see High School on the resume, I’m worried. Maybe that local High School connection is a good thing, I don’t know.
