Got you? Why are people comparing the price of club seating to just a regular stadium seat without all the amenities? That’s not apples to apples.

Probably because it's the same sight lines that they are used to in the lower UD chairbakcs. I've been in D2/D3 and plan to stay there
Hopefully we have enough businesses that are willing to pay $3k per seat..... That seems a little out there

Exactly, the UD chair back seats were by far the best seats in the stadium. Best sight lines and zero wait for concessions.
But, most likely they will have to sell all 527 “Club Seats” for $3k. I’ll be really interested to see how many they actually sell at that price.
For the record the folks who sat in the upper deck almost never had concession issues or have to wait in the beer line.

Yes, I know the reason for the end zone seating. If you think the lower bowl is remotely comparable to the UD chair backs, then I don’t know what to tell you.
Hopefully they sell them all.

I do not think the lower bowl is as good a seat as the U__ sections. I sat seat 1 on the steps directly across from UD since the 90s. Always said that was the best vantage point in the entire stadium. It only makes sense that your most expensive seats will be there in the new venue.

I don’t disagree, but they are roughly 10 times more expensive. I understand what the club seats are offering. You can’t convince me that they are worth $3k per seat.
Current prices are roughly $330 per ticket after licensing fees. That doesn’t include the RCAF donation.
I’ll freely admit I’m incorrect if they sell all 527 seats. But, they better really step it up and everything should be all inclusive with that pricing.
Either way, I can’t swing 4 season tickets up there for my kids and I.

I think we are making a big mistake making all seats up there premium seating. They should have had another section comparable to UD1/2/3 that didn’t have access to club/suites etc.

Right most stadiums premium seats aren’t where your typical families sit. Those are usually company bought. Hopefully with the climate control club area, big screen TVs, sports bar type setting, people will actually want to use those tickets and it will become the place to be through out their office.

I truly hope so, otherwise it’s another miss on gauging the consumer base.

Then what is it because that's what I was told.

Believe it’s $1500 a seat with a one time $1500 donation. So first year would be $3000. $1500 every year after that as long as you kept same seat

What I was told was the one time 1.5k was in addition to the ANNUAL 1.5k seat donation amount.
So, first year would be 4.5 / seat.

Well hell. Maybe I misunderstood but I don’t think that’s right. 3K a year for one seat would not be good.

Yeah, hopefully I'm wrong.

Re: The Future of Cajun Nation
Being that those 527 seats are so cherished and in demand, it might be that there is a $3,000 per seat buyin and then a $3,000 per seat, seat price. It would be $6,000 per seat year one then $3,000 per seat thereafter.
When there is that much limit in supply of seats which apparently are very much in desire and demand, that is where the University needs to make hay.

Agreed. Hope they can sell those at that price on top of the suites. Don't think there is that much corporate interest in Cajuns sports, but hope I'm wrong.

Whatever happen with the Future Cajuns' Youth Football Camp? Haven't seen one since 2019.

So essentially for my family:
$1500 1st time per seat charge. ($1500x4=$6000)
$1500 per game per seat. ($1500x4=$6000)
$12,000 for 4 seats the first year and $6000 every year after that.
Does Ali Landry come with a club seat?

Then club seats aren't for you. I don't see the issue with the pricing of it. My understanding is they are selling.

By the way, those tickets are $1650 per seat more expensive than LSU’s stadium club seats.
