Update: still no call back or email response. Even called this AM and left another voice mail.
My buddy is luckily patient, but come on lol. If you're off, set up an out of office reply or send some kind of signal that says "I hear ya, I'll take care of you when I get back in the office."
I've never heard of a salesman that didn't respond to calls/emails.

My company required us to make call backs before our day was done. Even if all I could tell them is when their concerns would be addressed. My call back message had to include when they could expect me to respond to their call. But I was employed by a company that excepted 99.9% satisfacton on the process. Government employees don’t have anything like that.

I appreciate it. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but a whole week without a call or email response is pretty bad...

It's the little things that matter when you are building an organization. While money is tight and a smaller staff is in place, returning a phone call or email takes just a few minutes to do at the end of the day.

Re: RCAF Membership Drive

I've called this number several times in the past week for assistance, and the phone has always been answered promptly by Addison in the RCAF office. She and Brandon have been really good and helpful.

Well maybe Brandon is stuck in a faraday cage, because my friend still hasn't gotten a call returned.

Not saying your friend isn’t calling the right number but historically when I call/email Rcaf someone responds promptly.
Additionally, if someone gave your friend Brandon’s personal cell number then it’s likely Brandon missed the call and does it have a voicemail box on his personal cell.
As far as your friend wanting premium seating for baseball, I don’t believe any available premium seats are available unless he wants a suite above the grandstand (which requires substantial donation). Lastly, if your friend is calling Brandon cell number, I would suggest him texting Brandon to let Brandon know who he is as Brandon does not have voicemail setup or he can call rcaf office.
Again, I have never had difficulty getting in touch with anyone at rcaf as well as few other posters mentioned.
Just my 2 cents…

Re: RCAF Membership Drive
Just love how the “clique” circles the wagons.
Man has a friend trying to give money, and they blame the number he’s calling. Lol
We’ve seen 100s of posts through the years about RCAF not being accessible. This isn’t a one off. Not even close.
When in doubt, blame the customer: The USL way!

He has not called again this week. The order of events was basically: called RCAF number asking about premium seating (boxes) for baseball. A girl said they weren't sure and gave him Brandon's number. Whether it is office or personal, I don't know. My friend said he left a voicemail. After a day or two, he called back and they gave him Brandon's email, so he also sent an email. No response to that either. He called Cajundome Box Office as another attempt and they told him to call RCAF. Friend has since just given up.
My buddy is mad I'm even bringing this up on here, but here's the type of casual fan/local business owner we need to attract that is saying "I have $6k+ to give to UL" and it's been radio silent. And we love to complain about being broke around here.

As a professional salesman, it is imperative to have prompt responsiveness. If a customer calls or writes me, I answer or respond asap. This doesn’t change whether I’m on vacation or it’s a holiday. I answer EVERY phone call, even if it says scam/telemarketer, because you never know in sales. That response time is frankly unacceptable.

After 4 or 5 times is unacceptable also.
