True, but I think people get more confused when LSU announces their hires immediately, or at least the new HC does on social media and UL waits until they are actually on campus and officially approved by the UL System Board.

I believe the law or rule is that you must advertise the opening, even if you are planning to promote from within.

It was trust Napier just a few weeks ago. Des is Maggard’s choice. Trust Des, enjoy family while celebrating our Savior’s birth. Des will deliver. Martin hall is closed anyway.

Even if we hired from outside, we wouldn’t have waited 30 days.

I don’t think it has to be posted 30 days.

Who are Lamar Morgan's coaching mentors? What tree do they descend from? We have seen a Ron Roberts lineage tend to work over the years. Don't know much about who he was trained by? Is he considered to be a top candidate for the job?

He worked with Roberts here for two years.

I have no clue if he is a candidate for the job. I just know he was here and I imagine that the only way he would come back is as a DC.
