Best of both worlds for me. Eli plays well and the Saints win.
He should have a bigger role in their offense. I get that they want to be a power team, but Forte doesn't have it any more. They could be much more dynamic on offense if they focused on featuring Powell and McGuire ala the Saints with Ingram and Kamara.
What kind of numbers did he have?

I was at the game and I knew he would have a big reception on a play that set up the Jets FG in the third quarter. I could tell Manti Teo was covering him and know there would be no chance for Teo to stay with him on the wheel route.Quote:

For those who have access to CST there's a program called Saints Tonight. The Prophet was highlighted as one of the opposition. Generally there's multiple reruns of the past Sunday game. If y'all get a chance record or watch it. He was a good ambassador of his university even though he didn't talk about us directly.
Elijah broke a bone in his foot and will be out a while. Is a candidate to return from injured reserve
The Elijahs are having a tough time with foot injuries.
