At a certain point, this just becomes about Deggs and the guys on his staff. I can’t think of a single guy out there who is improved over last season, and the recruiting is atrocious with complete misses on guys like Dilhoff. You can make the youth excuse to a certain point, but when your upperclassmen are worse or not improved since the day they got here, how much relief is saying we are young really providing?
On a different note, two idiots got into a fight in the concourse during the bottom of the 7th. It was pretty entertaining—I just wish they’d had the decency to wait for a pitching change or between innings.
