Until he proves me otherwise, this is a 10. I am going to give him every chance to succeed, if and when he fails than I will re-evaluate.

And this kind of thinking is why Farmer has been allowed to run amok

I should ask you the same question in reverse. Let's give the man a chance, some of you are ready to hang him before he starts. If he grows the RCAF than he has succeeded, if we get enough money to pay for all of the upgrades we are shooting for, he is a success. If he is out in the community bringing in big time donors he is a success.

What would you consider a failure?

If he does all of those things within 3 years then yes. I would say he is a success. Get us to a $30 million budget and fully fund Phase II without bonding out funds he would be a success in my mind. Do that in less than 3 years and we would be golden.

If Express gives Hud an 8.5 that is a performance poll.

We can do harris performace poll at a later date.

I finished at UL before he was even born. We needed this position then.

My "bump" statement only applies if you thought there would be a terrible terrible hire when you woke up.
