And there are SO many others guys that an argument could be made for. BJ Ryan would be one, and guys like Corey Coles. Coles was one of the best pitchers on the team (3.33 ERA over 3 years and 102 innings) and also had seasons of .368, 6 HRs, 45 RBIs and 24 SBs one year and .371, 9 HRs and scored 56 runs the next. He just played in a group of years that the team wasn’t as memorable as some of these others (2001-2003)

He was the starting catcher as a freshman on that 1991 team and on the 1992 squad that won the Sun Belt Conference title and ranked in the top 30 nationally in pitching.
