I rather spend the money on other sports ... WBB gives us zero ROI

Yes.

With fans he is, not with Dr. Maggard or Dr. Savoie.

You think they are happy with his track record at UL?

Garry is older so he will retire before Bob.

Been told by the brass, Marlin wins or he’s gone.

Fans are "what have you done for ME lately." Also have a short term memory. Most forget the catastrophe he inherited from Jesse and Robert and what had to be done to fix it. They expected a 2 or 3 year repair job, get into the NCAA tournament and advance to a consistent control of the Sun Belt. They also expected better home games as time went on.
Fans are likely ok with the first 6 or 7 years. But it's now been 7 seasons since the NCAA tournament. The schedule has gotten progressively weaker and the excuse "they won't play us" is no longer acceptable. His teams can win in what is very much a weak Sun Belt Conference regular season but can't even make the championship game in the conference tournament. So, overall, the fans may be ok with him, but I think the consensus is, it's time to go.
Bryan and T-Joe?
Bryan: He is pleased but not satisfied. Enough fans have complained to him about all the things they do not like about the program, and he is taking all those factors into consideration. But the men's basketball team never finishes in the bottom half of the conference, usually qualifies for post season (even if it is the buy-in tournaments), runs a clean, above board program. And he likes and respects Bob personally.
T-Joe: He has a long memory. He remembers the 2009/2010 season and the off season. He remembers the 2010/2011 season and the miraculous way Bob turned those players around in the second half of the season. He likes that Bob graduates his players, runs a clean program and he likes and respects him also.
Are they happy? Yes. But they recognize the need for improvement. They likely feel that they can weather the (fan) storm for three more years and let Bob ride off into the sunset.

Let both contracts run out.

Because we can't or do want to pay them out? Shows how serious we are by keeping them around.

Think it’s win or go home time. Has the roster to win conference and make the NCAA tournament. No time for excuses this year. Marlins a good X & O coach but going into year 12, I think the program has plateaued under him.

Not exactly what I’ve been told, I feel they think a change is needed if he doesn’t win with this roster but they don’t have the money to buy him out yet.
