Thread: Polyphia concert

    ooh LA La. Polyphia concert

Speaking of music, has anyone here seen Polyphia on tour yet? They are a very cool Prog-Metal band for those who don’t know. I’m hoping to see them in Denver August 18.

Not a fan of their song titles but their talent is undeniable.

Oh yeah I’ve listened to them before! They’re a little too heavy for my taste, but that’s just my opinion. They are pretty talented tho!

Don’t need to have heard of ‘em as long as you have heard them . . .

A couple of weeks ago I went and saw 70 and 80s New Orleans rock band Zebra at Route 92 in youngsville. These guys are now in there 70’s and not as good as they used to be but still can bring it.

    Whose behind the door?

They did play Take your fingers from my hair. Ironically even the lead singer, Randy Jackson still has long flowing locks.

    For you Turbine.

I Love Zebra...favorite song besides Who's Behind the Door is As I Said Before.

And to bring back to Led Zepplin, Zebra's covers of The Ocean and Black Dog are phenomenal.

Nobody "covered" Zeppelin better than Zebra.

There’s a group called Leonard Skeonard playing at the Cajundome the night before the EMU game. I’ve never heard of them but they look like a good time.
