In 1965 as a freshman at USL, friend of mine both were designated to reside in McCullah Hall not the freshman doorm Voorhies.. This was where Football team stayed and the upper classmen . Great experience. during that time.

….lI think I was the first guy to sleep in McC…..the team stayed in I think Roy not ACed at the time….. the mattresses were on the beds and I just went and slept there until we all moved in a bit later……some crazy times……never will forget Bear Bryant coming up the elevator and saying some words to us one night…..also the Loving Spoonful changing for a gig……they really needed a shower!
