I would say reconstructed would be a good way to describe it. I think they did what they did because the old stadium was inadequate in so many aspects that it would have amounted to throwing good money after bad.

So you tare down a house. Rip up the foundation, rip out electrical, and plumbing services. You keep the fense, detached garage, and shed. You replace all electrical, gas, plumbing, pour a slab, frame it, new air &heating. New facade, roof, new fixtures, walls flooring.
You decide to sell it. I don't know about you guys, but I'm listing it as new construction, new home.
So they're cleaning the mortar residue as they move down. I'm still seeing a lot of white residue. Is this just being overly concerned? Is there going to be a final cleaning? Maybe it's less obvious live than on a iPhone.
