Trust me sensitive isn't something I've ever been accused of but I do tend to try and back up what I say. Guess I'm old school and while not perfect i certainly try to limit what I say online to what I'm willing to say to someone in a personal meeting face to face.

It doesn't fix the problem, it only takes the onus off Robe. Talbot deserves blame, but unless you can come in and own the situation, it's not something you can excel at. This doesnt seem like a conducive environment for a hitting coach.

Yeah I've known the kid for a long time but haven't seen him in years until the Diamond Club. With that said he was always an "athlete". I think he will eventually be a great arm for us and glad to see him get that memorable start. Hope it continues.

I don't think it fixes the problem but that is part of owning it. I can certainly see your point about the environment. But I happen to think if that were true Deggs wouldn't have been successful either. But we are known as a program that puts pitching and defense ahead of hitting. Robe doesn't shy away from that.
