A "public" season ticket drive will do wonders.
Behind the scenes corporate ticket drives raise lots of money but do little for game day attendance.

Personally I think they need a tornado siren (air raid siren) about 15 minutes before game time. It really needs to be loud so everyone can hear it in the tailgating area.
When you drinking and carrying on you ain't paying attention to the time. We need a signal saying it's time for some Cajun Football.
That's something you could make a tradition at UL.
Right before the band begins its pre-game have that loud siren go off, guarantee you will get more people in the stands.
That would be great, I wish they would build a big bell tower, it could be a landmark, and be used for game day. It would have to be loud.
THIS!!!! The entrances to the stadium need to be modified to allow for more lines of ticket takers. The signs identifying lines for bags/no bags needs to be clearly marked ABOVE THE BARRICADE so that people can see which line to cue into when they arrive at the gate. They have expanded the seating but have not modified ingress and egress to match the number of seats. This is a recipe for frustration.
On the other hand, everybody needs to realize that Gate A is not the only entrance to the stadium. I have walked around to the student/visitors side of the stadium and basically walked right in. Maybe they need to move the Band Stand to another area to get people away from that gate to take some of the pressure off of it.
We need to win, and LSU needs to somehow get so bad that fans lose interest.
