Louisiana @ Ole Miss Score Predictions

I'll say, 45-6 Ole Miss! Ugh, why lord, why? I have no confidence in this bunch. I know we will win more games this season but I fear we will lose games we shouldn't.

We do it every year. I fear you are correct. I'm really not trying to be negative as my expectations were somewhat tempered for this year compared to others here but I think we are staring a 7-5 season right in the face. Obviously, the irony here is that HUD could have his worst record this year with arguably his best team..

Here is the one reason I am optimistic about about Ole Miss. If you remember, in 2012 up started off strong and then lost to North Texas and Arkansas St. in back to back mid week games. Terrible losses I might add. We then went on to Monroe to beat a tough ULM team that year on the road. Pummeled them at their place. Then went to Gainseville and out played a top 10 team. Unfortunately we couldn't pull it out. I am hoping that's what it's like on Saturday. We just had a terrible loss at home to Tech. That should have never happened. Hopefully we can come out with some fire and play our tails off. Even if we don't get the win, we need to be competitive. I'll be at the game. At the beginning of the week I was embarrassed and almost didn't want to go. But now I am getting excited and hoping for something big. Hope to see a lot of Cajun fans out there. Geaux Cajuns!!

While there are similarities in this game and the Florida game, there's also a big difference in that game and this one and that is Florida was unanimously thought of as one of the most overrated teams that year and their final record showed it. They were horrible on offense but salty on defense. This Ole Miss team is better than that Florida team and I don't think its all that close. This Ole Miss team is explosive on offense and their defense is as talented as that Florida team and they will be very physical.

They were horrible on offense but salty on defense. This Ole Miss team is better than that Florida team and I don't think its all that close. This Ole Miss team is explosive on offense and their defense is as talented as that Florida team and they will be very physical.

I'm just looking for any sort of optimism. We need something positive after last Saturday.

I'm doing what the Cajuns did last week, looking past this opponent. I want to be 2-2 after the two road games, we have little chance this week. We match up better with Boise.

Wait a minute. First, I don't remember anyone saying we belong in the big 12. If you've seen it, then show us with a link. We have people on here that hope we can one day get there and point to it as a goal for the entire Athletics program. That's a big difference. Secondly, one football game has nothing to do with what conference you can go to or belong to.

Actually, I really do hope our team can get it together and make a game of it. Believing is seeing, so I need some proof that this team can play well. I didn't see it last week for sure.
